Terms of Service

These public Terms of Service apply to visitors and readers of Daith Studios. They are separate from employee, contractor, collaborator, volunteer, onboarding, or Work Hub agreements.

You agree to use the site respectfully and lawfully. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse accounts, or use the site in a way that harms Daith Studios, other users, or content owners.

If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity connected to your account.

Stories, worlds, characters, designs, logos, text, artwork, and other materials on the site belong to Daith Studios or their respective owners.

You may not copy, repost, sell, scrape, train models on, or create derivative works from site content without written permission.

If you submit messages, files, links, applications, feedback, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to submit them. Daith Studios may use submitted materials as needed to provide the related feature, review requests, manage access, or respond to support needs.

Some features may use AI-assisted tools. AI-generated or AI-assisted output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as professional advice.

Daith Studios does not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Work Hub access, employee terms, collaborator terms, contractor terms, volunteer terms, onboarding terms, and assignment terms are controlled by separate agreements and are not replaced by these public Terms.
